Service scope
PropStage is a digital workflow for turning customer-supplied property photos into staged listing visuals. The service is intended for agents, brokers, photographers, listing media vendors, and related real-estate teams.
The service is limited to rooms, interiors, furniture, decor, and property-presentation visuals for vacant or nearly vacant spaces. It is not a general-purpose image generator, face generator, animal generator, pet generator, living-subject generator, likeness generator, deepfake tool, identity tool, dating product, adult-content product, political persuasion product, or marketplace.
The service is not a real-estate brokerage, property listing platform, appraisal service, mortgage service, lead-generation marketplace, legal service, financial service, guarantee of sales performance, lead-volume promise, listing-price-lift promise, time-on-market reduction promise, or MLS approval promise. It is a staging and presentation tool.
Acceptable use
You may use PropStage only for lawful business or professional purposes. You must upload only images and related materials that you own or are authorized to use, and you must not upload infringing, deceptive, illegal, or harmful material.
You must not use the service to hide property defects, misrepresent fixed architecture, or present staged results in a way that violates local disclosure rules, brokerage policy, or listing-platform rules.
Content safety restrictions
You must not use PropStage to create, edit, imitate, or manipulate human faces, human bodies, animals, pets, living creatures, human likenesses, identity documents, biometric identifiers, celebrities, private persons, deepfakes, impersonation content, voice or identity content, or content designed to mislead viewers about a person.
You must not use the service for adult, sexually explicit, dating, escort, political persuasion, violent, hateful, illegal, counterfeit, infringing, surveillance, credential, document-forgery, financial, medical, gambling, weapons, controlled-substance, or regulated-service content.
If an uploaded property photo contains people, faces, children, tenants, occupants, animals, pets, private documents, license plates, or other sensitive personal information, you must remove or crop that content before using PropStage.
Property accuracy and disclosure
Generated staging may add movable furniture, decor, lighting treatment, and presentation styling on top of the original property image. It must preserve the fixed geometry, room structure, permanent fixtures, walls, windows, doors, floors, ceilings, built-ins, views, and photographed property truth. It must not be used to conceal defects, alter permanent fixtures, fabricate rooms, misstate room dimensions, misrepresent views, change regulated safety features, or imply that staged furniture or decor is included in a sale or rental unless that is true.
Customers are responsible for reviewing every output before publication and for adding any required virtual-staging disclosure required by local law, MLS policy, brokerage policy, advertising rules, or listing-platform rules.
Credits and access
PropStage may offer one-time credit packs that unlock staged generation capacity inside the workspace. Purchased credits are tied to the service workflow and may be reduced when generations are successfully completed or otherwise consumed according to the active product logic.
Account access may be suspended or restricted if the service is abused, payment fails, customer content creates legal or safety risk, or use clearly conflicts with these terms, the acceptable-use policy, or payment-provider requirements.
Output and review
Generated outputs should be reviewed by the customer before publication. PropStage is designed to keep staged images connected to original photos for comparison and transparent review, but the customer remains responsible for deciding what to publish and how to disclose it.
The service may preserve historical results, source associations, and related audit information so the customer can review older staged outputs and operational history.
